Interested in hiring Work and Travel participants with Spirit? Spirit makes it easy.

  1. Get Started. Complete an Employer Application.
  2. Talk to Spirit. Your Spirit Account Advisor will talk to you to ensure we fully understand your business needs and outline the employer requirements. We recommend this conversation occurs at least 6 months before you want your hires to arrive to ensure the best match possible and allow enough time for participants to apply for visas.
  3. Easy Hire! U.S. based Spirit representatives personally interview and hire participants on your behalf, based on your specific employee qualifications and position requirements. After participants are hired, you can access all their details in Spirit’s Employer Support Center. It’s that easy!

For employers who prefer a more hands-on approach to the hiring process, Spirit also offers a variety of other hiring options to meet your specific needs.

  • Profile Review – Hire participants by reviewing profiles and short videos of pre-screened applicants. All profiles include the participant’s basic information, photograph, previous work experience, English level and a copy of their cover letter.

  • Virtual Fairs – Conduct webcam interviews with pre-screened applicants from your office or travel to Spirit’s office to virtually interview the candidates, meet our staff and receive one-on-one specialized training on our Employer Best Practices.

  • International Job Fairs – Spirit travels every year to Asia, Europe and South America to interview and hire the best candidates for our cooperating employers.
