By completing the following Arrival Notification, you will begin the process of validating your visa. The Arrival Notification must be submitted after arrival at your employer and no later than two weeks after your DS-2019 program start date.

Failure to submit your Arrival Notification on time will result in visa termination. Once Spirit validates your visa, you will receive an email confirmation.
