Spirit Cultural Exchange held several job fairs for employers to hire employees for the summer 2016 season. The first job fair was organized by three Spirit employees and was held in Bangkok, Thailand from November 13-15, 2015. Employers participated in several cultural activities, the first of which was a tour of the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, the Grand Palace, the Jim Thompson House, a city tour by van, Asiatique the Riverfront, and a welcome dinner cruise. The second cultural activity was a trip to the province of Ayutthaya, where they explored Wat Ohra SriSanpetch, Wat Yai Chaimongkol, the Ayutthaya Elephant Camp, and Wat Mahathat. Seven employers found employees in Thailand.
