On May 14, 2015, Spirit employee Suzanne Kolasa had dinner with participants at a local restaurant in New Jersey. Over dinner, Suzanne and the participants discussed how the participants were enjoying their time in New Jersey and the opportunities to experience normal American day to day life. They were very excited to attend a baseball game at the nearby stadium, as they viewed it as a very American experience. During dinner, the participants were excited for the opportunity to try Italian food, as it is not something they had ever had before. They tried different Italian pasta dishes and pizza, which they loved.
