Spirit is happy to announce that our 2022 Summer Photo Contest Grand Prize Winner is… Namuundari O. from Mongolia!
Namuundari submitted her winning photo all the way back during Week 1. The category was “Your Town,” and she sent us a great photo of her and her friends at Lake McDonald, one of the most scenic spots in Montana! Lake McDonald is the largest lake in Glacier National Park, near where Namuundari has been spending her summer working at a local resort.

“My favorite thing in Montana is Nature,” she says. “Extremely beautiful!”
Aside from the nature, Namuundari has also enjoyed different activities like bowling, kayaking, mini golf, and eating American food on the Fourth of July.

About her time on the Work and Travel program, Namuundari says, “The most eye opening experience of my life so far. I knew I was going to travel and work abroad. Never knew when or how, but knew it would happen. It was not just an eye-opening journey, I used to live in stereotypical ‘box.’ When I came in here, my mind thinks different at all.”
To future Work and Travel participants, she adds, “Work smart not hard. Balance everything.”
