During the month of May 2016, participants at a location in the Outer Banks, North Carolina, were able to experience several cultural activities arranged by their employer. Participants attended a Cindo de Mayo party with American friends, went to the 44th annual Hang Gliding Spectacular that takes place each year in Nags Head, and traveled to Virginia Beach for a weekend getaway.
