Erin graduated from DePaul University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. After graduating, she traveled to Somalia where she worked as a pre-college counselor and English teacher for two years. In 2014, Erin moved back to her native Chicago and spent three years managing the employment readiness and job placement department in Catholic Charities’ Refugee Resettlement Program.
