Hui W. of China spent the summer working in Brainerd, Minnesota. She and her friends went to the nearby town of Onamia, which has a Native American population. Hui wrote about her experience in Onamia: "I learned about that there is a casino in Onamia which is illegal in other places of MN and ruled by their own Indian state government. On August 21th we attended the Indian dancing which was very awesome, like a kind of party, brought me a special experience and a sense of primitive atmosphere… And after the dancing I took the pictures with the Indian dancer, they are very friendly."
