On the Summer Work Travel program, some of our participants’ most valuable relationships are forged at their worksite. At their job placements, participants have the opportunity to learn valuable skills in an American work environment, while being mentored by their bosses and managers. They also make friends with their American coworkers, as well as other J-1 coworkers from around the world!
